Riverside Convalescent Center Mathews earns national award

Riverside Convalescent Center Mathews has earned a 2018 Silver Achievement in Quality Award from the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living, becoming the only retirement community in the state to earn the designation this year, a release said.

“We’re very proud of this achievement because it recognizes our high standards and expectations for resident-centered quality care, customer service and safety,” said Don Lundin, administrator of Riverside Convalescent Center Mathews. “It also demonstrates our commitment to workforce development and continuous quality improvement.”

The AHCA/NCAL awarded the 2018 Silver Achievement in Quality Award to 166 skilled nursing care centers and assisted living communities in 36 states.
