Richard Wesley Frizzell Jr., 71, of Gloucester, passed away on Thursday, Feb. 15, 2018.

He was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota and had served in the U.S. Army during the Viet Nam War. 

He is survived by his daughter. Jennifer A. Banks (Skip); his siblings, Sandra F. Greisz, Diane S. Frizzell, and Donald S. Frizzell, and grandchildren, Grayson Dunaway and Gavin Spicer. 

Funeral services will be private.
