Richard Clyde Metz, 65, of Saluda, died March 15, 2015.

He was a retired Army instructor for the Apache Helicopter.

Survivors include his wife, Rosalie M. Metz; children, Kathryn, Eric and Amber; two brothers, Bob and Bill King; five grandchildren, and a great-grandchild.

Services were private.
