Richard Arthur Burroughs III, of Onemo, Virginia, found his home peacefully on April 5, 2021. He was predeceased by his sister and his parents, Jean and William Johnson. His friends enjoyed the easy-going demeanor and intellect of Richard and his dog “Stranger.” He traveled the world yet was most comfortable in Mathews. Services will be arranged at a later date. In lieu of flowers, it is requested that you treat yourself and your pet better and tell someone you love them.
