Ribbon cutting held for new Domino’s Pizza at Gloucester Point

A new Domino’s Pizza has opened in the Gloucester Point Shopping Center, with a ribbon cutting held on Monday.

This is the 12th location for franchise owner Christina Palmeri, with others being located in Kilmarnock, Colonial Beach and Fredericksburg. Palmeri is also the owner of the other Gloucester Domino’s location. The new Domino’s held a soft opening on Nov. 14 in advance of its grand opening celebration, which included a $3.99 special on a one-topping medium pizza.

Palmeri said the first week of business has been great with the community being very welcoming. The former Domino’s was not affiliated with Palmeri, but she views the new location as welcoming back for former customers.

To order from the new location, call 804-699-7000, visit the Domino’s website or stop by to order in person. Domino’s is open 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to midnight on Friday and Saturday.
