Ribbon cutting

A ribbon cutting was held Monday evening at Zoll Vineyards, a farm to table winery in Dutton. Owner Frank Zoll began producing hand-crafted wine, cider and mead in 2009 from his residence in Massachusetts. After relocating to Gloucester in 2017, he began the process of establishing Zoll Vineyards on the Gloucester-Mathews border. Zoll, a graduate of Johnson & Wales University, has worked for a number of well-known establishments, such as The Ritz Carlton in Boston. He also teaches culinary arts at the Culinary Institute of Virginia and Rappahannock Community College. Shown, from left, during the ribbon-cutting ceremony, are Gloria Williams, executive director of the Gloucester County Chamber of Commerce; Zoll, and his son, Brady Zoll.
