Ms. Kelli’s School of Cosmetology held its official grand opening and ribbon cutting Friday in front of its location at the Gloucester Point Shopping Center. The school, which opened in June, operates alongside a salon, where students offer haircuts to the public at reduced costs. Owner Kelli Pollard announced that the school has been approved for grants that can pay up to $5,650 of qualifying students’ tuitions.
