The Battered Badger, Gloucester’s newest restaurant (located in the former location of Ann’s Family Diner at the Shoppes at Gloucester) was officially welcomed into the local business community on Friday morning with a ribbon-cutting ceremony by the Gloucester County Chamber of Commerce. The restaurant, which started out as a food truck, moved into its first brick-and-mortar location with a soft opening held earlier this month.
