The 7th Virginia Regiment of the Continental Line returns to Gloucester for an encampment from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday in and around the court circle.

Visitors will be able to experience how life was during the Revolutionary War as the event celebrates the 240th anniversary of the regiment forming at Gloucester Court House. Reenactors from all over Virginia will be on hand during the event drilling recruits from the audience, demonstrating black powder firing and other activities.
