The Rev. Jack Parrish, of Charlottesville, formerly of Mathews, was born Aug. 10, 1927 and died June 6, 2013 after a long battle with Alzheimer’s.

He is survived by his wife, Glory Parrish; three daughters, Diane Bunyea (Matt), Marcia Parrish and Becky Sadler (Barry); three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
