The Mathews County Resource Council will meet at 9 a.m. next Thursday, Feb. 20, at the Mathews Volunteer Rescue Squad Building in Hudgins. Guest speaker Karen Bridges, supervisor for the Mathews Head Start Program, Parent Child Development Corporation (PCDC), will provide an overview of the program as well as guidance for parents interested in enrolling children for future placement.
