Gloucester County utilities crews repaired a water lateral on Yorkview Drive during May, director Marty Schlesinger said.

Crews also inspected a sewer lateral on Ware House Road, replaced a water lateral on Merrick Drive and replaced a meter on Greate Road and clean-out on Belroi Road.

During May, the water treatment plant treated a total of 38.79 million gallons and produced a total of 34.11 million gallons of potable water. The plant processed water utilizing newly revised operating parameters, Schlesinger said, which are designed to improve the water quality delivered to customers.
