Renee Christi Kurfuss, age 58, of Gloucester, died on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, surrounded by family. Renee was born in Muncie, Indiana, on May 25, 1967 to the late Diana Mae Walker and Robert Paul Hunt Jr. She was also preceded in death by her grandparents, Robert Paul Hunt Sr. (Georgia) and Clyde S. Osborn (Anna); as well as her uncles, Ronald Osborn, William Hunt, and Gary Osborn. She was also preceded in death by her cousins, Brice Nichols and Zackery A. Foster. Renee was a hard worker, lastly at a distribution center. Renee is survived by her fiancé, Harry F. Cash Jr.; sons, Joshua Allen Murphy, Jacob Bryan Murphy; daughter, Brittany Elizabeth Murphy; granddaughters, Cassidie and Arabella; stepchildren, Harry Cash III and Lacy Cash; sister, Stacy Lynn Doyle (Joey); brother, Jason Hunt; three step-siblings; step-grandchildren, Kayla Beckner, Ivy Beckner and Alan Brooks (AJ); six aunts; two uncles; three nephews; one niece, and 21 cousins. She is also survived by her stepfather, James Lloyd Walker, and stepmother, Nancy L. Hunt. The family received friends at Windsor Gardens Cemetery and Mausoleum on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, from 10-10:45 a.m., followed by the funeral service, conducted by the Rev. Richard Croxton, at 11 a.m.
