American Legion Mathews Post 83 held a bell-ringing ceremony and three-volley gun salute on Sunday to honor members the post lost during the past year. Those named as having passed away were Rodney Doan, Ellis Hudgins, Johnny Horner, Paul Reardon and Doug Wilton. The gun salute was performed by Ron Lambert, Jim Warren, Al Smith, Joe Adair, Henry Clark and Willie Hubbard, with C.A.
