Peasley Middle School principal Craig Reed was appointed principal at Gloucester High School and Peasley assistant principal Katherine Litton was appointed principal at Peasley in personnel re-assignments made by the Gloucester School Board during a special meeting July 28. Both appointments were effective Aug. 1.

In new appointments, Shantell Brinkley of Hampton was named the new assistant principal at Peasley, effective Aug. 7. 

Also, Hilary Falkenberg of Clayton, North Carolina, was appointed to teach Spanish at GHS, Kayla Hafert of Poquoson was appointed to the regional autism special education program at Petsworth Elementary and Thomas Ricard of Chesapeake was appointed as a special education teacher at GHS, all effective Aug. 14.  

The board additionally accepted a resignation from Page Middle School math teacher Lucy Collazo, effective July 27.  ...
