NANCY’S SINFULLY RICH CHOCOLATE PIE

1 prepared crust (such as graham cracker)

1 12-oz. bag Ghiradelli Semi-sweet Morsels

1½ c. heavy cream

Optional: ¼ c. (or less) of favorite liqueur (Kahlua, Chanbord, coffee liqueur Copa De Oro, etc.)

Stir together the morsels and heavy cream and microwave for 3 minutes. Stir until smooth. Stir in the liqueur. Pour into crust. Refrigerate until serving. Serve with whipped cream if desired, even strawberries, blueberries.

The only thing variable in a 12½x20-inch commercial tray is the size of the tomatoes. For smaller tomatoes use 16 tomatoes sliced into 5 slices each without top or bottom of tomatoes. That is 4 tomato slices wide and 20 tomato slices long, 80 slices total.
