TRIPLE CHOCOLATE CHERRY BARS

1 box chocolate fudge brownie mix

1 can cherry pie filling (21-oz.)

2 eggs, beaten

½ bag (12-oz.) white chocolate chips

1 can chocolate frosting

Heat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 15½x10½x1-inch pan. Gently mix brownie mix, pie filling, eggs and chocolate chips, mixing well and spreading evenly in pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool completely and frost with icing. Cut into desired size bars.

GRAPE SALAD

4 lb. grapes (2 lb. green, 2 lb. red)

1 c. sour cream

8 oz. cream cheese

½ c. sugar

2 tsp. vanilla

1 c. brown sugar

1 c. chopped pecans

Wash grapes and cut in half. Place in bowl and set aside. Mix together cheeses, sugar and vanilla. Add to grapes and blend. Place in serving dish.

Topping: Combine the 1 c. brown sugar and 1 c. chopped nuts and sprinkle over top.
