SALSA VERDE

Green tomatillos, roasted and chopped
Salt to taste
2 garlic cloves, diced
Cilantro
1 diced onion
Roasted jalapeño pepper
Hint of lime juice

Mix all ingredients together then sprinkle with lime juice to taste. Can be made a day ahead of time of use, kept in refrigerator. MOM’S ROASTED TEQUILA SALSA

Roasted jalapeño pepper, diced
Red tomatoes, diced
Salt to taste
Shot of tequila

Mix all ingredients together; cover and chill for at least one hour....
