CHICKEN BITES

Debone chicken breast and cut into strips. Sprinkle with garlic, salt and seasoned salt, etc. and refrigerate overnight. Next day, dip pieces of chicken in the following honey mixture prepared as directed:
¼ c. butter
¼ c. honey
2 tsp. teriyaki sauce

Bring mixture to a boil and set aside. Can be done in morning and then set aside for later. Roll chicken strips in a mixture of bread crumbs, sesame seeds and fines herbes or use already seasoned bread crumbs. Cook in open, buttered pan in oven at 350°F. for 30 minutes, turning once.

BAKED HASH BROWNS

1 bag (2 lbs.) frozen hash browns (set out of freezer for 10 minutes)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 carton (8-oz.) sour cream

Or

1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
½ c. milk
Chopped onion to taste (dehydrated onions may be used)
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
