SUGAR COOKIES 2¾ c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. vanilla 1½ c. butter 1½ c. sugar 1 egg Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda together in a small bowl, set aside. Cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg and vanilla. Once combined, slowly blend in dry ingredients. Let the cookies set for 2 minutes before removing to cool on a wire rack.
