Shari Pruitt is the president of Rebate Property Management of Hayes. The firm provides residential, multi-unit and commercial property management. Unlike other real estate businesses, Rebate Property Management focuses solely on property management.

Founded in 2007 by Pruitt’s mother, the late Belinda Wright, Pruitt took over as president of the firm after her mother’s death in 2016.

Pruitt has 30-plus years of real estate experience of every aspect. A 1991 Gloucester High School graduate, she attended business school in Florida.

“COVID-19 restrictions have greatly affected how normal business is conducted,” Pruitt said. In spite of the challenges of the pandemic, “business has greatly increased in the last several years as our reputation for professional service has spread/grown,” she added.

The mother of two boys, Pruitt is married to Paul Pruitt, the owner of Pruitt Automotive of Hayes.
