The Closing Shop, a residential real estate closings business located in Gloucester, will host its third annual Spring Fling from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. next Wednesday, April 10, at Moody’s Event Center in the White Marsh Shopping Center.

More than a dozen vendors covering various components of the home buying and selling process are slated to participate. Del. Keith Hodges (R-Urbanna) and Middle Peninsula Planning District Commission Executive Director Lewie Lawrence will be the guest speakers.

In total, there are 14 vendors for the event, ranging from local lenders like Chesapeake Bank, Union Bank and BB&T, to staging experts, home inspectors and attorneys specializing in real estate law.  

There will also be door prizes sponsored by the host, The Closing Shop, as well as by individual vendors. BB&T will sponsor breakfast, with Chesapeake Bank sponsoring lunch. Northern Neck Popcorn Bag will also be on hand for those in need of mid-morning snack.
