The region’s real estate professionals gathered together to honor their best and brightest last Thursday afternoon at the Chesapeake Bay and Rivers Association of Realtors Honor Society Awards Luncheon, which was held at Mobjack Tavern, White Marsh.
Top awards went to Charlene Winter for 2022 Realtor of the Year and Meghan Taylor for 2022 Affiliate of the Year.
Winter, with NextHome Coast to Country Real Estate, has been an active Realtor for the past decade. She holds the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), e-Pro and Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designations from the National Association of Realtors. She has served on the Mathews Broadband Committee and volunteers at the Mathews Visitor and Information Center and the Gwynn’s Island Civic League Foundation.
