Jim & Pat Carter Real Estate, Inc., located in White Stone, has opened the company’s Middle Peninsula office in Deltaville, principal broker Emily Carter and managing broker Elizabeth Johnson have announced.
Johnson and her husband, Frank, an associate broker with the firm, will operate the branch office at 16945 General Puller Highway, in the same building they have owned and practiced their real estate business for over 14 years.
“Our building, located two doors down from the Lower Middlesex Fire Department, is a landmark in Deltaville,” Elizabeth said. “Frank and I bought it from the late Dr. Harold W. Felton, who practiced medicine there for decades.”
