Monday, Feb. 23 is the deadline for Rappahannock Community College students to apply for scholarships through the school. All applicants must be registered students at the school.
Each year, Rappahannock Community College gives nearly 300 scholarship awards, totaling over $300,000, for both entering and returning students. “We want all students interested in attending RCC in the upcoming Fall 2015 and Spring 2016 semesters to take advantage of the many scholarships available through RCC’s Educational Foundation,” said college advancement dean Cherie Carl.
Scholarship awards can be distributed according to field of study, county of residence, high school attended, community and leadership experience, financial need, or other factors. Filling out the application just once allows students to be considered for all RCC scholarships.
