The Rappahannock Community College scholarship application for the 2022-2023 academic year is open now until Feb. 19 of next year. In addition to traditional forms of financial aid, RCC’s Educational Foundation manages over $500,000 in scholarships available to students each academic year.
Any student planning to enroll at RCC for the 2022-2023 academic year is encouraged to apply. Applicants simply complete one online application form to be considered for over 300 scholarship awards.
Scholarships can be combined with federal and state financial aid or used alone to cover the cost of RCC tuition and fees. Completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is highly recommended in order to help match students with funding.
The average scholarship amount is $1,561, which represents approximately 30 percent of full-time tuition and fees and even more if a student attends part-time.
