RCC named ‘a great college to work for’ for third year in a row

The Chronicle of Higher Education, a top trade publication for colleges and universities, has rated Rappahannock Community College as “a great college to work for in 2017.” This marks the third consecutive year the school has been recognized with that honor, according to RCC spokesperson Eric Pesola.

He said RCC was recognized for collaborative governance, compensation and benefits, job satisfaction and support, professional/career-development programs, respect and appreciation and for fostering an innovative and high-quality teaching environment.
