Rappahannock Community College has announced that beginning
Monday, March 30, all campuses and sites will be closed (Glenns, Warsaw, Kilmarnock, King
George, New Kent and Montross). Access to the buildings will not be permitted.
This includes the libraries and testing centers.
The cancellations also include the school’s commencement ceremony, which had been planned for May 8, and the Nursing Program Pinning Ceremony, which was to be held on May 7. RCC announced that it may hold a commencement ceremony at a later date.
In order to assist those without strong internet
connectivity, RCC has extended Wi-Fi access to the following areas:
—Glenns campus: Parking lot area, closest to the nature
—Warsaw campus: Driveway loop at end of Rte 360 entrance,
near the flagpoles, and
—Kilmarnock center: Parking lot area closest to the front of
RCC Workforce Development.
