Raymond Paul Jones, 83, of Hallieford, departed his life on Jan. 30, 2018 in Charlotte, North Carolina.

He is survived by his wife, Sylvia C. Jones of Hallieford; daughter, Karen P. Carter (James II) of Charlotte, North Carolina; son, Reginald A. Jones (Ley Killeya) of Durham, North Carolina.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, Feb. 10, 2018, at 1 p.m. at Grafton Baptist Church in Hartfield. Burial will be in the church cemetery with military honors.
