Ralph G. Armistead, 71, of Cobbs Creek, Virginia, passed away on July 10, 2021. Ralph retired from Rappahannock Concrete after many years of service.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Delores Armistead; his parents, Grover and Alma Armistead, and his brother, James (Bubs) Armistead.

He is survived by his three children, Jeffery Armistead of King and Queen, Shelia Armistead Pierson of Cobbs Creek, and Brian Armistead of Gloucester; grandchildren, Glenna Armistead Smith (Derrick), Nikki Pierson Owens (Dustin) and BJ Pierson; great-grandchildren, Levi and Dylan Smith, Dawson Owens and unborn baby Owens; a brother, William Armistead; his sisters, Joyce Hudgins, Mildred Atherton and Mary Jenkins.

The family will receive friends from 10 a.m.-noon on Saturday, July 17, 2021, at Faulkner Funeral Homes, Foster-Faulkner Chapel, Mathews, Virginia, followed by a graveside service at 12:30 p.m. at H. C. Smither Memorial Cemetery, Hudgins, Virginia.
