Two artists whose work was exhibited in the Rappahannock Art League’s Labor Day Art Show received the same number of votes for the People’s Choice Award, voted on by those who attended the show from Aug. 27 through Sept. 13. The shared award went to an acrylic painting by James Dylan titled “The Mason,” shown at left, and a mixed media piece by Jacquie Colligan titled “A New Day.” Both pieces are on display until tomorrow, Friday, Sept. 26, at the RAL Art Center in Kilmarnock.
