Family footwear retailer Rack Room Shoes will open the doors to its first Gloucester store next Thursday, March 23.
The 6,000-square-foot store is located in the new section of Fox Mill Centre, anchored by T.J. Maxx, located off Route 17 south of Gloucester Court House.
Rack Room Shoes offers a wide selection of brand name shoes at value prices for men, women and children, said Courtney Price, a spokesperson for the company.
“There is a great need in Gloucester for a leading footwear retailer, and we look forward to bringing our wide selection of brand name shoes at value prices to the area,” said Gary Lewis, regional manager for Rack Room Shoes. “Although this is a new market for us, we have a dedicated team in place who are ready to serve the community.” Price said Monday that no promotions for the grand opening have been announced.
There are 500 stores under the company’s banner—420 Rack Room Shoes and 80 Off Broadway Shoes stores, Price said....
