Virginia Motor Speedway will return to racing this Saturday, July 31st, to host week 9 of the Dirt Series Championship weekly racing season.

The night will feature all four of the speedway’s Dirt Series Championship weekly divisions (Victory Lap Pro Late Models, Truckin’ Thunder Sportsman, Budweiser Modified and Collision One Limited Stock).

After a storm washed out three of the scheduled features on July 17, the speedway will make up those features before going into week 9 competition. The three divisions that will make up their features are the Late Models, Modifieds and Limited Stock.

Spectator gates open at 5 p.m., with hot laps beginning at 6 and features starting at 7:30. Admission is $12 for adults, $10 for seniors (ages 60+), $8 for military (active duty/retired with ID), $6 for students (ages 13-17) and free for children 12 and under. Tickets can be purchased online or in person.
