The 2019 Quilts of River Country show will be held Friday and Saturday on and around Gloucester Court Green. Admission is $3.

The show is held every two years and is hosted by Gloucester Parks, Recreation and Tourism. It features quilts and quilters of the Middle Peninsula, which has three quilting guilds. 

Quilts are displayed in court green buildings, and a viewers’ choice award will be made Saturday afternoon. Demonstrations, exhibits and several quilt shops are part of the event.  ...
