The Bay Quilters will meet at 9:30 a.m. Jan. 12 at the Mathews Volunteer Rescue Squad building at Hudgins. Sue Sherrill, spokesman, said a "local sights" design swap, starting with workboats this month, and star pattern exchange are planned, and interested persons are invited to stop by to work on charity quilts after the meeting.
