Chad Taylor was the winner of the Mathews County Woman’s Club Quilt Raffle. The quilt was made and donated by member Lisa Capen of “Lisa’s Quilts.” Proceeds from the raffle sales benefit many various community projects as well as the club’s annual $1,000 Mathews High School Scholarship.
