Prudential Towne Realty is now based on Main Street in Gloucester. The business moved Feb. 1 from its previous village location on Martin Street.

"This is a great location," said sales manager Belinda Wright, noting that her company gets a lot more visibility located near the popular Wild Rabbit Café than it did before.

Prudential operates a full-service realty office, Wright said, listing and selling an assortment of properties and showing other properties through its affiliation with the Multiple Listing Service.
Wright and her staff of four agents sell waterfront properties, homes ranging from "high-end to low-end," land, commercial property and more. Also, Prudential handles some foreclosures.

The Gloucester office is a satellite of Prudential Towne Realty’s main office in Newport News, Wright said. Prudential Towne opened its first office here about two years ago.
