The Mathews County Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors will have a joint public hearing Tuesday on a proposed text amendment to the zoning ordinance.

The meeting begins at 7 p.m. and will be held in the historic courthouse on Court Street.

The amendment would allow multi-family dwellings in the Residential-2 Zoning District after approval of a Conditional Use Permit.
