The Mathews Museum will host a professional scissors sharpener on-site from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, during Mathews Market Days.
Hubble Professional Shearing will be available to sharpen any type of shear, whether used for hair styling, fabric, dog grooming or surgery, said a press release.
Owner Keith Hubble provides sharpening services for stylists, barbers, tailors, crafters and others, and learned the trade from his father, who is a master sharpener, the release stated.
