The Piankatank River Ladies Golf Association held its weekly competition on Thursday, April 15. The game was individual stroke play. Winners were:

First flight—Vicky Gunn (first place, 86), Carole Lloyd (second place, 91) and Julie Whitaker (third place, 92). Second flight—Christi Lewis (first place, 96), Chrystal Welch (second place, 97) and Julie Klink (third place, 100). Third flight—Donna Lange (first place, 104), Kay Lloyd (second place, 116) and Karen Gorin (third place, 117).
