Presley Wade Mullins, 41, of Gloucester, passed away on Sept. 18, 2017.

He was born in Tappahannock, and was a jack of all trades, whether it be carpentry, tile work, mechanics, or painting. He was full of life and he loved the outdoors.

He is survived by his children, Dallas Wade Mullins, Preston Scott Mullins, and Katelynn Ann Mullins, all of Gwynn’s Island; his parents, Shirley Smith Mullins and Presley C. Mullins; sisters, Pamela Sue Mullins of Mathews, Patsy Carol Mullins (David) of Topping, Cynthia Carlton (Scott) of St. Stephens Church; his companion of six years, Angela Vennetti, and a host of nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, Sept. 24, 2017, at the Piankatank Community League Building, Dutton, from 2-4 p.m.

Memorial donations may be made to Presley’s parents for a fund for his children.
