The Gloucester Parks, Recreation and Tourism Department has announced several changes of location of activities because of the storm destruction at Page Middle School.

Soccer and field hockey practices, beginning Monday, are as follows: 12-14 year-old soccer teams will practice at Bethel Elementary School for the rest of the season. Practices begin at 6:30 p.m. or later according to the coaches.

Field hockey teams practice schedules are as follows: 8-10 year-olds will practice as scheduled, no changes. All 11-13 year-old teams will practice at 6:45 p.m., which is the same day as currently scheduled.

Page Middle School students with PR&T soccer or field hockey practice after school we be allowed to walk to practice at Bethel, by sending a note to the school office.

The department will use Gloucester Connection, e-mail, voicemail and its AlertNow phone system to get information to the public as soon as possible.
