Sam Poole has been promoted to Chief Retail Officer at Chesapeake Bank. Poole will oversee the bank’s retail branch network, its Solution Center (call center), and the customer service and sales provided by these channels.
He has been with Chesapeake since 2013, and has 25 years of banking experience including branch management, sales leadership, business development, and consumer, business and mortgage lending.
“Sam’s experience in banking, branch management and his excellent customer service skills have been a great asset to us,” said Jeff Szyperski, President and CEO of Chesapeake Bank. “We are excited to have him at the helm of our retail banking division to continue our excellent service and help us adapt to the changes in the banking industry.”
