The Mathews County Sheriff’s Office will host a memorial service for police officers at 2 p.m. Sunday at Mathews Baptist Church, Hudgins. Sheriff Mark Barrick said that the ceremony will recognize all police officers who made the ultimate sacrifice in 2015. The public is invited.
