Play ball!

Saturday was perfect baseball weather—sunny skies and temperatures in the mid-70s—which worked out perfectly for the Mathews County Little League, which held its opening day ceremony that morning, kicking off the 2018 season. Mathews Little League president Ryder Cullison said it was the best opening day weather in a decade.
