Gloucester Ruritan Club members Paul Bauer, above, and Barbara Bauer delivered another 29.3 pounds of plastic bags in support of its recycle program, partnering with the Gloucester Lions Club. Since Jan. 1, the Ruritan Club has turned in 131.3 pounds of bags. It takes around 67 bags to make a pound and 1,000 pounds to earn a bench for the county. The last bench went to Brent and Becky’s Bulbs....
