Applications for the 2024 Virginia Rural Leadership Institute are now being accepted. Information on the program and applications are available on the website cfrv.org/vrli. Applications are due by March 1.

The institute’s mission, according to its website, is “to retain, attract, and develop rural Virginians into innovative, responsible, and civic minded leaders who build strong communities.”

Sessions are set as follows: Southside Virginia, May 22-24; Southwest Virginia, July 17-19; Middle Peninsula and Northern Neck, Sept. 11-13; and Shenandoah Valley, Nov. 14-16.
