Dianne Pillsbury has been promoted to the position of Senior Mortgage Loan Officer and Assistant Vice President at Chesapeake Bank. Pillsbury joined the bank in 2018, and her new role will elevate her into a supervisory and leadership position within Chesapeake’s mortgage department.

Pillsbury, who has 20+ years of experience in the field, said that her new role will be primarily to help guide all of Chesapeake’s mortgage loan department together as a team.

“Through this promotion, we can move forward as one mortgage team, and I will be able to help them promote themselves and provide support,” said Pillsbury. “I’m here to help them grow. Part of that will be to implement training that they need, and to have the consistency and the open lines of communication with mortgage loan operations.”
