Pickleball gaining popularity

If it’s not raining, it’s likely that someone’s playing pickleball at the GHS tennis courts. A group from Gloucester and Mathews started playing in July, and continues in spite of cooler temperatures. Approximately 30 players keep in touch and coordinate times to play, and the group keeps growing. Several members of the group also go to Williamsburg, where there are eight pickleball courts, to play at least once or twice a week.
