Phyllis Jean Campbell Noland, 69, of Gloucester Point, died May 7, 2015 at her home.

Her working career was as a secretary. Phyllis was a free spirit, humorous and lived her life well. She will be missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Glenn Coy and Mozelle Campbell; husband, James T. Noland; brother, Bobby E. Campbell, and sister, Barbara N. Ascar.

She is survived by her sister, Jo Ann C. Brinson; brother, Donald Glenn Campbell and wife Christel; nephews, Garland W. Brinson, Gerald C. Brinson, Jeffrey Glenn Brinson and Daniel Hermann Campbell, and nieces, Debbie Easterling and Rebecca Lynn Mangrum.

Graveside funeral service conducted by Bishop David Bonds was held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 12, 2015, at Peninsula Memorial Park. Family and friends assembled at the cemetery. 

The family received friends on Monday, May 11, 2015, from 6-7:30 p.m. at the home of Phyllis, 1605 York River Drive, Gloucester Point, Va. 23062.
